CONSULTING TAILORED TO YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS!
who are we and why are we here?
In a nutshell? - We are here to fight the status quo and help you unleash your endless potential!
As you can imagine, this is no easy task!
In a world that insists on conformity (what we refer to as "Status quo"), most of us have been boxed in for so long, it feels comfortable in there! Add to that all the chaos and demands of life and we can be downright paralyzed!
It's time to get out of that box and take the world by storm!
I know what you are thinking. You're wondering how we will do it. Will it hurt? How long will it take?
Although you will not find any "One-size-fits-all" answers here, there are some tools that guide the work. We'll introduce those and tell you a bit about our founder, Hannah Smith, MA LMHC CGP, as well.
the Integration model
Within the consilient framework of Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), which is a conglomeration of cutting-edge research and application from every major scientific field, The Village has developed an approach that provides whole-person, individualized assessment, program planning, and consultation. Some of the tools we use include:
- The Integration Model - In IPNB, the goal is "Well-being." To achieve this, every person is seen as four-dimensional, complex system (Body, Mind, Spirit, and Social/Environmental Connections). Each of these elements are differentiated into constituent parts, appreciated for their diversity and functionality, examined for barriers and blocks, and then integrated to fortify harmony and flow of the whole system.
- The 10 Domain Mapping System - Using the ten areas of typical difference found in research, we help each individual identify their differences and assess the impact individually and within community. Once mapped, we move on to...
- The 3 Domains of Integration - From IPNB, we explore and address consciousness, bilateral, and vertical blocks to integration.
- The 3 A's
- These are the steps we take to equip and empower every individual and/or group to be their most abundant, joyful, and uniqu selves
